Experiences at NCL America

The secret to getting hired at NCL America is to be very outgoing and be very flexiable. There are many times that you will have to go without product due to a bad shipment or running out and working on a ship means that you can't just go out to the supermarket and get what you need. All in all you must be creative and enjoy working with others in a close environment....

My responsiblities included, room service, luggage assisting, wheelchair assisting, and the set up fuctions for weddings, parties, and meeting/conference. Liaison to Tour Manager in familarizing guest with area attractions. Recomendded as a mentor/trainer to new and well astablished employees.
