National Network Infrastructure (01/1994 - 12/1996) - Started up and managed the Network Operations and Support team.

* Defined organization, responsibilities and services to be provided by the Network Operations and Support team
* Introduced IP networking and built the national telecommunications infrastructure for 43 locations with a budget of $4.5 million
* Led the project to replace the analog leased lines based network with a digital voice/data network at 43 sites
* Led the project to replace an old cabling system with a Cat 5 structured cabling system and implemented an IP network at 43 sites

Voice Systems Management and Standardization (01/1992 - 12/1993) - Coordinated the standardization and replacement of PBX equipment in 23 locations with $900,000 budget.

* Managed the RFP process for the selection of the PBX for 23 sites
* Coordinated 23 PBX installations and 4,000 telephone set replacements
* Managed the voice communications operations and support team

Client/Server Management (09/1991 - 12/1996) - Managed the Intel servers and PC equipment procurement, operations and support team with $150,000 annual budget....
