How would you describe what you did at NESTLE USA , Glendale, CA?

Global End-User / Workstation Standardization (10/2001 - 12/2004) - Defined the project management methodologies and built the templates used by project managers in the different countries. Managed the replacement and standardization of 8,200 end-user personal computers, and their integration to the Windows 2000 Active Directory (Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil and Mexico).
* Trained, managed 3 project managers in the use of the templates and on the project management methodology.
* Acted as the liaison between the standards and technical support groups, and the migration teams.
* Mentored and coached project managers to conduct effective kickoff, status, and final project meetings, to ensure quality deliverables and effective use of project management tools.

Global IT Organization Strategy (03/2001 - 09/2001) - Prepared a 10-year organizational plan for the Zone Americas Management, which was subsequently used as a model for worldwide IT reorganization in GLOBE Centers (Americas, Europe, Asia).
* Designed methodology to document current state in 18-country/22.000-user community and infrastructure.
* Selected and led teams that performed the survey and compiled results.
* Prepared the reorganization and implementation plan and the final report to the company's Zone Americas Management.

Global WAN Implementation (01/1999 - 02/2001) - Coordinated the implementation, start up, and change control with the Global Infrastructure Management Team for a voice and data Wide Area Network to provide Telecommunications to 17 Countries in North and South America.
* Supervised the international network installation and startup, and the integration of each country's domestic network.
* Negotiated the authorization for the installation and use of the international network with each country's telecommunications regulatory agency.
