Experiences at NEW

Call center atmosphere- For the first 5 weeks you are in training preparing the employee to be comfortable when they are placed on the floor to start receiving calls. The CSR would have to pull scripts after the customer describes the issue. We would then start troubleshooting with the customer to resolve any issue they might have. If not resolved we would set up a service call. We also set up new accounts for DTV customers....

The main reason for me accepting the job offer at NEW was for the pay and benefits. NEW-New Electronic Warranty is the Directv call center located in Mississippi. The benefits that New offered was really outstanding.
