What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Nationwide Insurance?In dealing with upset customers, I have had to calm them and take time to find creative ways to solve their problem and leave them with a positive view of the company.

What's the secret to getting hired at Nationwide Insurance?You need to be someone who can work independently as well as with a group and be able to multi-task with ease. Also have the patience to work with cutomers that walk in the office.
