Why would you want to be hired here? Low pay. Very little support and recognition from a faceless group of "Higher Ups" who see this agency as merely a business and have no qualms about downsizing with a 2 day notice. After sticking it out for 4 years I'm moving on and so are most of the staff who are actually dedicated, hardworking and seldom recognized. Good riddance N.A.I I hope you manage to fill your pockets...I mean beds....

*Hired to counsel residents, plan and assist in activities, and to provide residents with a safe and educational environment.
*Responsible for the care of adolescents with mental disabilities including severe anger issues, Schizophrenia, substance abuse problems, and many undiagnosed mental issues.
*Supervised facility, residents, and other employees.
*Responsible for providing one on one counseling with residents, making sure that all rules were followed and giving consequences when appropriate, and maintaining cleanliness of facility....
