Experiences at New Haven Construction

I love new challenges; taking a project from a would like stage to making someone's dreams a reality and seeing the expression on their faces and knowing I was involved in making this happen.

I do like the short commute as it only takes me around 15 min and I like the earlier hours as you get alot accomplished before the work day is in full swing.

I would like to see the owners treat their employees better and have more faith in their capabilities. Plus better pay and incorporate benefits which we don't have now.

I like the variety of duties and contact with a variety people.
