Experiences at New Jersey Devils

Game Preparation and Marketing Duties:
* Create still and motion graphics for game presentation, including fan prompts, sponsored elements, and intermission games
* Create and update game day "Fun Roll" with player statistics, milestones, and facts
* Edit promotional commercial spots for minor league affiliate teams in Lowell, MA and Trenton, NJ
Game Night Duties:
* Floor manager, act as liaison between control room and sound room, find contestants for in game and intermission contests, and work with guest hosts during contests
* Manage mascot and 20 member fan interactive team's activities
* Substantially increased the job satisfaction and retention rates of fan interactive team members through improved scheduling, personal security, and increasing responsibilities in order to instill a stronger sense of self-worth
