General repairs throughout the building including but not limited to:
Preventative Maintenance, Sheetrock repairs, painting, Light bulb and ballast change outs
Minor A/C, electrical and data repairs., Pneumatic air installations and repairs.

Key contributor to Nokia Mobile Phones CDMA Business Unit and its customers in the areas of air interface including CDMA, DO, Bluetooth, WiFi, WiMAX, Near Field Communication (NFC), RF and Base-Band chip solutions.
* Nokia's representative in CDMA Certification Forum (CCF), General Hand-set Requirements for CDMA (GHRC, Center for Wireless Communication (CWC) at USCD and 3Gpp2.
* Liason between Nokia and Qualcomm on behalf of CDMA BU.
* Engaged Nokia CDMA customers (Verizon Wireless, Sprint-Nextel, Vivo, Reliance, Tata, China Unicom, Alltel, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Bell Mobility, TELUS, etc.) in technical discussions and aligned Nokia and the customers' roadmaps. This resulted in key carriers recognizing Nokia as a trusted technology advisor nd solution provider.
* Generated and deliver presentations elaborating key differentiators for terminals based on Nokia engines to the key customers globally.
* Audited and evaluated technical capability of potential Nokia ODM and other solution providers.
* Provided technical support for RFIs and RFQs.
* Member of the strategy group on convergence technologies and chipset evolutions.
