NOKIA LTD, ESPOO, FINLAND 30B Euro 'Fortune 500' company with interests in Mobile telephony covering mobile networks and handsets. SR. SOLUTION CONSULTANT- SERVICES (WEST REGION) Seattle, USA (2005- to June 2007) Worked closely with the account teams to formulate an action plan for capturing services opportunities with clients; including implementation, after sale, consulting & engineering services and Outsourcing/Managed Services. * Developed and cultivated relationships with the customers at various levels, leading to new sales with M/S AT&T and other regional operators as well as increasing profitability by 15%; managed sales of 60MSD per annum * Brought together internal support functions to achieve a common goal. TEAM LEADER/SR. SOLUTION MANAGER- SERVICES (VODAFONE CBT) SOUTHWOOOD, UK (2003- 2005) Core member of the Customer Business team, leading global initiatives with technology, Operations & Supply Chain groups of Vodafone to drive new revenue streams for Nokia. Formulated the 'Services' strategy for accounts working with the Vodafone Group. * Established a comprehensive services strategy for accounts, including a 3-year implementation & after-sales/ maintenance services business plan; led the standardization study and recommended action plan for the commodity 'service' business across the Vodafone accounts. * Handled negotiations for 30M USD of annual sales for services enablers such as IMS, POC, IN, SMSC, MMSC. REGIONAL CONCEPT OWNER- PROJECT MANAGEMENT, EAGLE DEPLOYMENT SINGAPORE (2002- 2003) Collaborated with the Information technology experts to support the global projects in the Blue Print creation & Testing for the Care Solution in Corporate Sales Mode (CSM). Made recommendations to improve the EBITDA and improve cash flow of Nokia accounts throughout the Asia-Pacific. * Spearheaded changes to poject scope, system, resources and processes * Reduced inventory levels by 30% for the accounts in Singapore & India.
PRODUCT MANAGER- DELIVER & MAINTENANCE SERVICES (SINGTEL CBT) PHILLIPPINES (1999- 2002) Led services initiatives in the Singtel accounts in the Philippines, Singapore & India. Conducted Due Diligence in the Services offer by doing a Risk & Profitability Analysis. * Devised an action plan and secured buy in from both the management and the customer; increasing the revenue for turnkey offerings three fold in Philippines (50M USD) * Introduced a process for Optimized logistics, lowering inventory levels 24$ and ensuring optimal usage of Capex....
