I worked on numerous teams during my 23+ years and each team had different skill sets and objectives. I cannot single out any one team becuase all of them were the best at what they did.

The development of an installtion document that detailed how to change out a piece of equipment without loosing service to existing equipment were the toughest problems I had to solve at Nortel Networks.
