Experiences at Northwest Center-Seattle

As Assistant Director of Community Services, I managed "Northwest Center Works" a non-profit employment agency within Northwest Center Inc. My job entails managing a team of Employment Specialists that connect with employers in placing adults with disabilities in jobs.

We aim to provide hiring solutions to employers that have problems with high turner and poor attendance and/or create new jobs by looking at unfinished/mundane tasks in the workplace.
