Responsible for the following Company activities: Strategic Planning, Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, Analysis and IT Systems; Launch of operations of the Company with ca. USD 1M initial/share capital.

Supervised and carried organization and furnishing of the office, IT systems implementation, recruitment, preparation of the motivation system; Company's registration process completed; Supervised market analysis, prepared short- and medium-term strategy, prepared operational phase of Company activities (logistics, commercial offer, marketing plan, etc.).

Conducted market analysis and organized the regional (Central and Eastern Europe) office for the international leader (Nikkei stock-exchange listed company) in manufacturing of infrared sensors for alarm systems; prepared draft of strategy, was responsible for choosing location for and setting-up of the office, recruitment, etc....
