From E-Recruiter/Sourcer, I am promoted to Sr. Researcher. I am currently working on database management/maintaining project. My actual work consists of researching the profiles from the web and uploading it into database.

Also I am a part of internal Passive Researching team which helps the whole organization by updating them with latest tools/resources and researching techniques present on the web....
