Perform advanced Internet research, utilizing tools such as web robots, web ferrets, web spiders, flip searches, x-raying and advance Boolean search techniques.

Identify and catalogue passive candidates, Associations, Societies, and Organizations that are focused in OSG Global's recruiting practice areas.
Developed multi-prong marketing programs to keep in contact with identified, potential candidates.
As a Recruiter
Responsible for full life cycle recruitment in Accounting, Finance and Internal Audit.
Establish clients and candidates through referrals, cold calls, and Internet research.

Negotiated fees and payment terms with Vice-Presidents, Director's, and Manager's at client companies within Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and Audit Departments.

Advised and negotiated all compensation packages between candidates and clients. Career accepted offer ratio of 96.36%. All candidates who accepted offers started at new positions.
