I started out taking a few classes to learn about graphic art, then became so interested in the publication process, I wound up with an associate degree. I learned how to operate a stat camera, demonstrated skills on the Compugraphic Imagewriter (typesetting computer), wrote a feature article for the college newspaper, devoured relevant books and workshops on writing and design, and incorporated all these skills into my job....
