Experiences at Obopay

It's hard to explain the concept of the Obopay product and how it works to users who have never heard of it or anything similar. In order to get users to sign up for the product, this was a huge hurdle to overcome. Through many rounds of usability testing, I was able to incorporate users feedback into a design that broke down the tricky sticking points of Obopay and explained the product in a way that made users either want to sign up or learn more....

Design user-centered interactive prototypes of site features, templates, flash animations and icons for Obopay.com, billmonk.com, mobile applications, AIM widget and MySpace page.

Coordinate, design and moderate usability studies then document the results and incorporate them into new designs and redesigns.

Design marketing materials and presentation graphics for use in pitches to potential corporate partners and investors....
