The main problem with Offshore Sailing School is that part time employees often work 40 hours a week, are considered part time, and therefore no health insurance benefits are available. If you are going to have fathers, husbands, spouses or ex-spouses who are still required to cover health insurance, work the full time hours, let them become eligible for health insurance.... read more
