I served as a department specialist/leader in the Men's, Women's, Kid's and Cashwrap areas. I arragned floor and visual displays weekly to appeal to customer interests. I frequently trained new and exisiting employees in various areas. I provided customer service over the phone and in person daily....

Just be yourself and smile. Old Navy is an employer that has to see something in you to hire you. When they hired me they realized that I was a very nice and outgoing person.There were 12 people in the same room and out of the 12 they hired 2!!!I was the first person they considered.

I have been an asset to this company.I have sold the most Old Navy Cards in one shift and was awarded plenty of times for selling the most Old Navy cards than all of the staff.
