How would you describe what you did at On Call Staffing?

I worked as a fill-in doctor for doctors who get sick, hurt, or take a vacation, and had to be away from their businesses. I kept the patients coming in, and the money flowing until they returned.
I also tried to start a staffing service, but total demand was only lukewarm. I finally figured out that chiropractic is not a good candidate for high volume temp work.... read more
