Experiences at One Mil

The woodworking industry is caught between old technology and new technology. It is tough to implement something that would obviously help when people don't want to change or use something that is different than what they are used to.

I was introduced as the person responsible for all things digital. I customized software, set up the network, and created databases. I also created a project plan to create a paperless shop floor using bar-coding and touch-screen interfaces.
