Experiences at Opsware

I was responsible for software purchasing, manufacturing, fulfillment, facilities, safety and security. I created new processed to manufacture and distribute products, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing costs. I devised and implemented part numbers, BOMs and ECO process. In addition, I negotiated two key building leases, one in Redmond and one in Manhattan. My team and I supported more than 18 offices world wide by handling all space requirements and lease negotiations....

Deployed enterprise-wide rollouts of Opsware's Server Automation System (SAS) data center automation integrated software suite for Opsware's Fortune 500 customers such as Merrill Lynch, Marsh & McLennan Companies, The New York Times, and Lehman Brothers. Developed custom product extensions using Python, troubleshot server, network, and virtualization problems in UNIX, Linux, and Windows infrastructure environments. Documented support processes and procedures and led an initiative to improve the corporate intranet and other internal resources by applying standards of Web usability and information architecture....
