Oracle On Demand: software hosting and applications management. I did technical pre-sales for Oracle customers to utilize On Demand hosting & management services.

Responsible for strategic engineering in the global enterprise, managing a team of senior engineers. Goals include integrating infrastructures of acquired companies, introducing and enforcing standards, process and procedures to the enterprise.
