Competency based interviews

Graduates recruited by Oracle will participate in a structured development programme during their first 18 months with the company.
Your first 12 months focuses on the technical skills and development of professional competency through practical experience and training. The remainder of the programme involves the application of skills and responsibilities relevant to your role and planning your next steps with Oracle.
In addition you will attend Graduate Days across your region to help you network and build relationships with other graduates across Europe, Middle East and Africa....
