I was the sole programming and system admin support for their custom water utility billing and special tax assessment systems for a number of years. I was instrumental in helping them select their enterprise wide system and converting the vast amount of financial data, while maintaining the current system, which was operational 24/7. I also helped them select their outsource vendors when they decided to discontinue bill printing and remittance processing in-house. I was a member of the team that implemented the enterprise wide system, trained technical personnel in system admin functions prior to leaving the company in Jan 2006....
