William Hutchinson has over 22 years experience addressing public sector business challenges through the intelligent use of technology, focusing on enterprise-wide business solutions. Mr. Hutchinson's management responsibilities have included delivering major programs for large public sector organizations; pursuing strategic and complex business opportunities in the public sector; and providing general public sector business development support. He has extensive experience in the management, design, and implementation of technology-based business solutions for public sector organizations.

Most recently, Mr. Hutchinson's emphasis has been on creating and fostering unique public-private partnerships to enable transformational change in complex, multi-organizational environments. Mr. Hutchinson led the CGI-AMS initiative to establish a 300-person software engineering center in Southwest Virginia. He was also a senior executive on the CGI-AMS team working with the Commonwealth of Virginia under its Public-Private Partnership (PPEA) framework to create the Virginia Enterprise Application Architecture (VEAA) Initiative, which is currently being implemented....
