What advice would you give to a new employee at P&G?Be yourself, find out as much as you can about the product you are merchandising, ask questions if not sure of something to make sure you are providing customers with correct information

What did you learn along the way at P&G?I worked with many other reps and we all were able to discuss what worked , taking all this information in was helpful and useful in the selling aspect of this position

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at P&G?Finding collateral attracting customers attention, usually the company provided but every once in awhile I had to get really creative

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at P&G?I would say price points, but by letting the customer try and enformed them about the benefits of the products, they generally sold themselves

How would you describe what you did at P&G?I informed all customers about the product line, what the benefits were and how the product could lhelp them, let them try products if available and just really enjoyed this job which showed in my interaction with customers

What's the secret to getting hired at P&G?First and formost being confident and not at all shy, knowing someone helps too , also letting the interviewee knowthat you are hard working, reliable and willling to learn anything you may not know.
