I received a good introduction and eventually significant exposure to the disciplines of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Through the applications of these technologies to business issues like Customer Insight and processes like CRM I arrived to my current career in Customer Strategy. While insisting that CRM is a business discipline and not a technology, I never forget the role of underpinning technologies and - thanks to the NCR experience - am well positioned to advise clients on those subjects....
