How would you describe what you did at PDM Company?Worked with inexperienced and experienced managers. Tried to retain the good employees, but with QSR-the manager trainees sometimes don't stay long. Trained and coached new employees while trying to bring up the less experienced at the same time. Customer service is major part of this job.

What's the secret to getting hired at PDM Company?Be honest and dependable. Able to travel from store to store for coverage is a bonus. In this business,you have to prove yourself first then you'll do great.
