How would you describe what you did at Panera Bread?

i would prep food for that day &the next day on the weekends & on the weekdays do salad prep.but i'm ceritfied to do every thing that has to do with b.o.h duties & also f.o.h. duties.

How would you describe what you did at Panera Bread?

At this company my main job was to work as a cashier. This included taking orders, making hot and cold cafe drinks, as well as serving items from the bakery. At Panera I also did a lot of filling in for other people which led to me being crosstrained as a Crispani(thin crust pizza) maker. This detail included topping, baking, and serving the Crispanies. During my last six months at Panera the management also saw it fit for me to train new employees, during the six months I trained five new employees as both cashiers and Crispani makers.... read more

There is no secret really, all one must do is apply. That being said; however, one must demonstrate great customer service skills as the Panera Bread Company strives itself on customer satisfaction. How would you describe what you did at Panera Bread?

I was brought onto the team as a cashier. I would take customer orders and handle the cash/credit card transactions. I would also handle items in the bakery and coffee bar. When working night shifts, I would be in charge of closing and cleaning the bakery/cash register area of the store.
