-Developed and implemented an EDI translation system to automate ANSI X-12 Form 850 purchase order generation from backend database records, greatly improving efficiency and error rate in order placement with a minimum-footprint, self-logging VB.NET application. -Currently developing a MS-SQL DTS package to retrieve and interpret ANSI X-12 Form 810, 855, and 997 documents to handle automated invoicing and confirmation from suppliers. -Implemented proof-of-concept application for Google AdWords API in Visual C#.NET. Preparing to use this technology to develop automated database-driven advertisement generation and CPC/CTR assessment for Google AdWords campaign. -General assistance with hardware and software requirements for sales and IT department. -Assisted in maintenance, updating, and error-removal of product data stored in MS-SQL frontend and backend servers for www.foodservicedirect.com, www.suppliesforless.com, www.paperhouse.com, and several other small specialty websites. -Gained a basic understanding of and experience in Visual Basic.NET, ColdFusion, and Microsoft Access, largely through self-directed study and rapid development of small-scope applications to streamline and synchronize the efforts of technical and non-technical co-workers. -Significant work-from-home experience in latter portions of employment...
