Does anyone know how much they pay their Associates?

spoke with an attorney on phone and she seemed to waver back and forth on issues concerning employment law and kept refering that i realy dont have a case when she really doesnt know all the facts before her. she seemed really pretensious and not interested in doing anything at all.
