Experiences at Party city

It was around halloween time and all the employers had to wear a costume and i was a she devil.

Halloween! We were so busy and there were so many demanding customers. I just kept my cool, though, and helped as many customers as I could. I kept from being rude, and my patience with them made it easier for me and the customers.

I presented myself well to the manager, and he thought I'd be a great candidate for the job.

They had to get a good vibe from you during the interview. They had to get a feel of who you were as far as being a good worker and dependable. They had to like your attitude.

the secret was to have a good positive,upbeat tempo. as well as dealing with stressful situations in a good manner.

team work/patience/fun

Ran the cash register,cleaned the store, stocked merchindise, and trained new employees.

Purchasing, inventory control, sales, employee training, customer service, cash handling, security, and computer data entry.

Retail environment. I had various duties, cashier, stocking, store recovery, and yearly inventory.
I was a very hard worker and lasted at my store longer than anyone else there including management, I was later promoted to Supervisor after I gratuated high school.
