Research and explain benefits with regard to Medicare, Medigap and Medicare+Choice to beneficiaries.

Initially hired as a temporary technical recruiter then converted to full time and promoted to HR Generalist. Responsible for Human Resources and Staffing support for numerous Pearson Government Solutions' managers and employees across several corporate programs and geographically dispersed locations.

Consult and educate managers on employee relations issues, organizational development, investigations, performance management, training, compensation and salary administration, employee development and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Analyze and execute salary actions, reductions in force, terminations and all other issues within the HR Umbrella. Conduct New Employee Orientation and sexual harassment training for Pearson new hires. Analyze trends and recommend appropriate actions to the impacted management team. Serve as the liaison with our Employee Service Center to ensure information is effectively communicated to our employee population.

Active in local diversity committee and certified to train the following classes: 3 R's of Management, Fundamentals of Management, Coaching Job Skills, Developing Performance Standards and Using Positive Discipline....
