How would you describe what you did at Pennsylvania State University?I studied Microbiology and Nutrition, focusing on the science aspect of nutrition. I also minored in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I was given the opportunity at Penn State to work in the laboratory of Dr. A. Catharine Ross, who is a leader in Vitamin A research. How would you describe what you did at Pennsylvania State University?As a double-major in both Public Relations and Psychology, I have worked extremely hard to gain as much experience as possible; both in and out of the classroom. I will be graduating a semester early this coming December and am very excited to enter the workplace!

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Pennsylvania State University?Being an engineering student at Penn State has some difficulties. It's difficult working around the library's hours, as I need lots of time to do work and to study for my heavy work load. I do undergraduate research with professors and increase my knowledge exponentially every day.
