How would you describe what you did at PeopleSoft?Systems & Metrics and Process Design. Provided recruitment systems and process support to the recruiting organization. Implemented PeopleSoft8 eRecruit; improved recruitment processes utilizing PeopleSoft's ATS module, and decreased the number of system issues related to the ATS.

What's the secret to getting hired at PeopleSoft?Sadly...PeopleSoft is no more. The secret was being the best in the industry and having passion -- and of course knowing the right people.

What did you learn along the way at PeopleSoft?I learned consulting at PeopleSoft. Luckily, I was in a position to emerse myself into my consulting career. I was able to travel and work 18 hour days at a client site if necessary without worrying about impacting my home life. I was placed at companies that challenged my skills everyday and ...
