System administration (NT and Linux), system architecture and planning, licensing maintenance, configuration of labs for testing, training implementation, meeting with vendors and reviewing new products, software evaluations, supervision of IS desk.

Systems & Metrics and Process Design. Provided recruitment systems and process support to the recruiting organization. Implemented PeopleSoft8 eRecruit; improved recruitment processes utilizing PeopleSoft's ATS module, and decreased the number of system issues related to the ATS.

Conducted telephone interviews for various large companies.

Sadly...PeopleSoft is no more. The secret was being the best in the industry and having passion -- and of course knowing the right people.

PeopleSoft was acquired by Oracle soon after I started, my responsibilities did not change dramatically once I moved into Oracle.

I learned consulting at PeopleSoft. Luckily, I was in a position to emerse myself into my consulting career. I was able to travel and work 18 hour days at a client site if necessary without worrying about impacting my home life. I was placed at companies that challenged my skills everyday and made me realize all the hard work was worth it. I still use the skills that I learned during my time at PeopleSoft....
