How would you describe what you did at PeopleSoft / Oracle?

* Directly managed a team of over 35 Human Resources consultants, providing first-line Human Resources support, facilitating employee development, conducting performance reviews, and developing individualized career plans.
* Instituted specific retention strategies that consistently achieved
team retention rates higher than company or industry average.
* Developed and maintained staffing plans to meet client demands, to include recruiting, re-training/cross-training, and contracting with third parties when necessary.
* Regularly participated in recruiting candidates for consulting roles, to include phone screening, in-person interviews, salary negotiations, and new employee orientation.
* Coordinated with Client Managers and Project Managers to optimize utilization and provide the best-qualified Human Resources consultants for client engagements based on location, skill set, and availability.
* Established relationships with numerous contract service providers to supplement in-house consultants.
* Worked closely with senior management in developing forecasting and utilization models to more effectively project staffing requirements.
