You have to love animals because you are around them all the time.

The customers, they made the job very enjoyable. Through excellent customer service and going the extra mile with every customer I was able to build a good client base that would request only me. One of my Request clients actually enjoyed my service so much that she waited a few months for me to return from a study abroad to bring her dog in. She even began hiring me to dog-sit for her a few times every month until I left the area....

To have a passion for animals to even be considered to work at any petsmart!!! I fit that qualification to a tee! You also have to be hard working.

I rang up customers and cleaned the store at closing

Management, hiring, scheduling, customer service, sales, shop upkeep, training, meet and exceed sales goals

Check shelves to see what was damaged and/or needed to be replaced.clean back room,storage room,floors,change "oops!" stations,stocked shelves,and checked inventory.

In charge of all aspects of the shop including employee schedule's, weekly paperwork, meeting sales goals and grooming.
