* Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, screening and qualifying IT/Technical, Engineering/Aerospace, Entertainment, Finance, and HR candidates. * Recruit for various accounts (just to name a few) such as: Northrop Grumman, CACI, IBM, Apple, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Microsoft, LionBridge, SpaceNet, CVS, Wachovia, Bank of America, Unisys, New Line Cinema, Cingular, Coca-Cola, E-Source Technologies, ACS, and, Texas Instruments. * Build a solid communication channel with hiring managers, and clients. * Manage and maintain recruiting database and input resumes and other pertinent information up to date. * Build a strong pool of qualified candidates across all spaces. * Use creative sourcing techniques such as: internet sourcing: web mining, social networks, aggregators, internet search engines, blogging, Boolean syntax, name generation, referral generation, and competitor sourcing. * Source for all open requirements effectively and efficiently ensuring the attraction of qualified candidates through various avenues (searches on job boards, referrals, job postings, direct sourcing/cold calling and general networking with user groups and professional organizations). * Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to properly assess skill set and competencies of candidates. * Document candidate profiles, checking references, and determining "matches" for open client orders. * Process all Visa applications including: H1B and Green Card Visas. * Travel to locations such as Los Angeles, CA, Las Vegas, NV, Atlanta, GA, Seattle, WA to acquire new business, to recruit new candidates, attend job fairs, and to build connections....
