What advice would you give to a new employee at Plante Moran?

Quit now. Find another job. Unless you enjoy having your teammates undermind and sabotage your work, don't mind MANDATORY overtime of up to 60-70 hours a week and then being scolded for catching a cold. Good work for mindless drones.
