Created, maintained and provisioned access on user ID's for a user community of about 80,000 users. Processed requests to create/change access to ID's in many different platforms, some examples of those platforms are, but not limited to; Active Directory, Novell, UNIX. Mainframe ACF2, Filenet and several other proprietary platforms and applications. Processed L.O.A. reports to enable/disable user accounts. Processed daily termination reports and provided weekly metrics of such reports. Processed daily reports of transferred users to ensure SOX compliance. Utilized All MS Office tools as well as Lotus 1-2-3, Lotus Notes and Same-time. Attended weekly Process Improvement meetings. Worked closely with the Global Help Desk in order to implement processes and documentation for such processes. Answered the Data Security main telephone line and assisted users in accessing different platforms and shared data....
