My curriculum focused on the application of Machine Learning techniques. As a member of small groups, I participated in several projects, including: an individual user rating prediction system for the Netflix database, using a neural network implemented in ruby; a recommendation system for local dining using clustering and k-nearest neighbor algorithms; a ruby on rails based gaming community website; a set of Mozilla Firefox extensions to provide cognitive assists for web browsing....
