What's the secret to getting hired at Premium Ideas?

My time at Premium Ideas was very informative, wherby I learned alot about the GSM, and packaging of SIMCARDS, communication, and to work with different cultures. I had the opportunity to go and do a Management course at the University of Cape Town which the company paid for,and the company always put their staff first, which was great.
