* Monitor batch jobs, system backups, claim processing systems on daily basis in order to meet service level agreements. * Assist with appropriate notification and resolution during system/application outages. * Respond to and work to resolve end user issues, escalating complex issues as appropriate. * Provide onsite desktop support for end users' work stations. * Track and monitor incidents / Work orders to ensure timely resolution. * Respond to internal requests via Remedy Magic software: burning data to CD's, robot report requests, emergency change controls. * Printing remits and EOB's for clients using Rimage software, ship via FedEx. * Assist with MOD installs on quarterly basis. * Successfully completed ITIL training in 2007. * Monitor Direct Connect process for completion. * Work with Tivoli tape management system for timely backups and rotations * Worked DR for backups on the AS400 * Involved in Datacenter move to new location. Setup new PC's and configured them for occupation. Worked to resolve Cisco phone issues for the move. * Dameware usage to assist clients with PC issues...
