Experiences at ProCore Solutions

The most challenging aspect as well as the best aspect of my previous position was finding that "perfect match". When you get a request from a client you want to try your best to paint a mental picture of what their are looking for in a candidate. I would gather as much information as possible to make sure that the candidates I sent were what they were looking for....

I completed full cycle recruiting for positions in our call center and out administrative services group. The positions in the call center mainly specialized with CSR's and Customer Care Representatives, while positions in the administrative services group specialized in admin, clerical, and IT positions. My role was to contact and recruit candidates, as well as taking a new hire threw the entire new hire process.
I also assisted our HR department with EEOC paperwork, tax forms, as well as federal, state, and I-9 forms....

When I looked for candidates to work for ProCore, I searched for someone that was professional, someone that had great communication skills, as well as someone I thought would be that "perfect fit" for my client.
