Experiences at Projectline

The interview process at Projectline is rigorous and can be very challenging. Projectline bases its hiring decisions on a multitude of factors, all of which are reported/discussed within the hiring team. Trust me, it's all worth it. Not only will you know that your colleagues are some of the best in their field, you'll also feel flattered that they chose you. :)...

I was referred by a designer friend who created the Projectline brand. Many, if not, most of our hires come through referral.

1) Get involved. Attend events, make a good effort to know those you are working with.

2) Aim to be inclusive and team oriented.

3) Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance.

4) Know that there's enough in this world for everyone to be successful. We are a team. We're competitive with our competition, not each other.

5) Be open. Projectline is a v. transparent company. There are v. few secrets (if any)....

1) Autonomy. I feel like I run my own business! Projectline treats its employees with not only respect but with a high level of trust. I am empowered to make the decisions I think are necessary for my team and to help continue to keep Projectline an amazing place to work.

2) Level of responsibility. My job is what I make it.

3) Projectline helps me be a better person. If I'm working too much, they make me go home. If I'm not eating well enough, they remind me to take care of myself, they make volunteering and community involvement easy, by planning events, and if you're having a really bad day, they remind you of who you are and what's important....
