How did you find your job at Projectline?I was referred by a designer friend who created the Projectline brand. Many, if not, most of our hires come through referral.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Projectline?1) Get involved. Attend events, make a good effort to know those you are working with.

What are the three best things about working at Projectline?1) Autonomy. I feel like I run my own business! Projectline treats its employees with not only respect but with a high level of trust. I am empowered to make the decisions I think are necessary for my team and to help continue to keep Projectline an amazing place to work.
