What are the three best things about working at Projectline?

1) Autonomy. I feel like I run my own business! Projectline treats its employees with not only respect but with a high level of trust. I am empowered to make the decisions I think are necessary for my team and to help continue to keep Projectline an amazing place to work.

2) Level of
responsibility. My job is what I make it.

3) Projectline helps me be a better person. If I'm working too much, they make me go home. If I'm not eating well enough, they remind me to take care of myself, they make volunteering and community involvement easy, by planning events, and if you're having a really bad day, they remind you of who you are and what's important.
