What was the main reason for accepting your job (location, opportunity, money) at Projectline Services?I was looking for a new opportunity at a company where I would really feel a part of a community, not just a person collection a paycheck.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Projectline Services?No matter how talented, quick, brilliant, funny, successful, and savvy you are, don't take yourself too seriously. Take the work seriously, but nothing else.

What's the secret to getting hired at Projectline Services?At the heart of it, one must be very smart and very nice -- or even more accurately, one must be smarter than average and nicer than average. What's unique about working at Projectline Services?The flexiblity and the dynamic nature of the day to day work is the most unique aspect of working at Projectline. As long as the work is completed and meetings attended, I can pick my own schedule which works great for moms, or people who don't want to be chained to a desk from 8 to 5.

What's the best team you worked with at Projectline Services?Every person that I've worked with at Projectline has been great. We mostly work independantly but bounce ideas and questions off eachother. I feel like I can go to anyone at Projectline with a question and find a solution.

What are the three best things about working at Projectline Services?Projectline is the best place I've ever worked. It's a laid-back and flexible environment that fosters teamwork. The work is challenging and rewarding and the people that I work with are fun to be around and intelligent.
