Provide superior customer service telephonically and via computer, dispatch authorities including police, fire and EMS, provide secure monitoring for residential, commercial and industrial locations, process confidential client information

Observed computers for alarm signals from security systems,phoned customer to ensure they were safe and secure by evaluating their responses to the questions asked, communicated with law enforcement for dispatching purposes, entered appropriate information into the computer, provided customer service by updating accounts, assisting with maintenance of their systems by contacting service technitian, and all other general information needed....

This is my second experience, of a direct supervisor hiring me at a previous company, leaving the company, then getting settled and offering me a position to work for them again.

Work with sales reps to disperse leads as quickly and efficiently as possible. Assist General Manager with any and all sales lead data to analyze business trends as well as sales reps' activity. Help customers with any and all questions and requests.

Our office was near my house, which was nice. Most days were spent on the road. My territory was pretty spread out, sometimes I thought about renting a plane to get to some appointments.
