I filed, edited microfilm, helped agents complete forms for different insurance licenses, and compiled information for the Vice Presidents at the office.

Coordinated incoming customer payments, and all billing cases within the Remittance Unit, evaluated all incoming legal documents from clients for compliance, trained all new employees in the Remittance Unit.

Managed customer relationship and generated new sales opportunities. Organized sales proposal, administered communications across diverse customers, and presented policy illustrations for potential clients. Regulated updates on proposal software and OS securities. I started in the mail room. Also worked in Data Entry. Progressed to processing Medicare claims.
