Experiences at Publix Super Markets

I have had experience in Customer Service within many areas. When I lived in New Jersey, I worked for a couple supermarkets. There was also diligence on my part to have an interview with the past Customer Service manager.

I CASHIERED, HELPED CUSTOMERS, BALANCED CASH DRAW.

I glazed and iced the doughnuts then put them in the case. I sliced and bagged the bread. Made sure the products were not expired and restocked the area with new items. I helped ice and decorate cakes as well as the pastries in the cold cases. I took inventory of the freezers and packages to show what was needed, then put the items away when they came in....

I bagged groceries.

As a Forklift operator I was responsible for takeing recieced freight to reserve location for storage, and sometime for replenishment to working locations for selectors to prepair for shipment.

Manage the frozen food department by maintaining proper sanitation standards and merchandising techniques; tracked daily sales by using company Intranet. Maintained communication with management to ensure department activities are aligned with store level goals; provided leadership and direction to part-time associates in order to successfully achieve department objectives. This position was part of a program to train for assistant grocery manager....

Overlooked the customer service desk. Worked the cash office being held accountable for cash within the store.
